My name is Josh, the Pit Master of Holy Smoked Meats. I grew up in Texas and Florida where BBQ was always on the menu several nights a week. I enjoy cooking and entertaining and have always gotten many compliments on my recipes. With a little encouragement from family and friends I finally decided to start my own business. It started with word of mouth and then grew into a Facebook Group and then on to a food truck! Now we are booked just about every weekend at different locations.
